What is iWantTFC Tickets?
iWantTFC Tickets is the leading digital events portal in the Philippines where one can find exciting experiences online – from movies on-demand, fan engagement activities, to concerts and many more.
iWantTFC Tickets is a platform for producers, artists and content creators who want to entertain an audience, share their artistry or simply tell their stories.
Do I have to be logged in on iWantTFC.com to make a purchase on iWantTFC Tickets?
No. However, iWantTFC Tickets requires a separate registration and login from iWantTFC.com. If you are new to iWantTFC Tickets, you need to SIGN UP to create a new account, but if you already have an existing registered account on iWantTFC Tickets or a KTX.PH account, you can use either to log in and purchase e-tickets.

I am an existing iWantTFC.com user, can I use my iWantTFC.com account to make a purchase on iWantTFC Tickets?

How do I purchase e-tickets?
On Desktop/Laptop Web:
1. Go to iwantTFC.com
2. Click Tickets tab on the top left part of the Home Page.
3. You will be redirected to iWantTFC Tickets website < https://tickets.iwanttfc.com/ >.
4. Log in with your iWantTFC Tickets credentials. If you have not signed up yet, you need to sign up < https://tickets.iwanttfc.com/auth/signup > and create a new account first. If you have an existing KTX.ph account, you may also use it to log in.
5. Select the content you would like to purchase.
6. Follow the payment instructions on the checkout page to complete your purchase.
On Mobile Web:
1. Go to iwantTFC.com
2. Tap on the hamburger menu and select Tickets.
3. You will be redirected to iWantTFC Tickets website < https://tickets.iwanttfc.com/ >.
4. Log in with your iWantTFC Tickets credentials. If you have not signed up yet, you need to sign up < https://tickets.iwanttfc.com/auth/signup > and create a new account first. If you have an existing KTX.ph account, you may also use it to log in.
5. Select the content you would like to purchase.
6. Follow the payment instructions on the checkout page to complete your purchase.
When do e-tickets go on sale for an event?
Promotional notifications and information on availability of e-tickets are sent to registered iWantTFC Tickets users.
If an event is sold out, register your email address to be included on the waitlist found on the event details page to be notified when e-tickets go back on sale. However, registering on the waitlist does not guarantee that e-tickets will go back on sale.
How secure is my personal information?

Up to how many devices can I use to watch the movie/event I purchased?
You may watch your purchased movie/event from one device per e-ticket.
What will happen if I share the e-ticket/streaming link?
If another user attempts to access the same e-ticket/streaming link while in use, the first user will get disconnected.
How long can I access the movie/content I purchased on iWantTFC Tickets?
Streaming duration may vary per content. Event details are available upon selecting the e-ticket on the showpage of your chosen content.
Can I watch my purchased movie/content on another platform other than web browser where I paid for it?
Yes, you can also watch the video content on your mobile device. Just click on the "Go to Stream" button on the confirmation email sent to you upon purchase or on the My Orders Tab, while logged in to your account on iWantTFC Tickets.
How do I watch an event on livestream? Any requirements?
Using your desktop, laptop or mobile device, just click on the ""Go to Stream"" button on the confirmation email sent to you upon purchase or on the My Orders Tab, while logged in to your account on iWantTFC Tickets.
Please take note of following:
1. Ensure you have stable Internet Connection.
2. Turn off VPN on proxy services and screen mirroring.
3. Use system supported browsers, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
4. Use Google Chromecast or an HDMI cable if you want to watch the content on your TV.

What is an Electronic Ticket (E-Ticket)?
An Electronic Ticket (e-ticket) is a digital access delivered via email and also saved on My Orders Page on your iWantTFC Tickets account after a purchase transaction.
For Livestream ticket, you will also receive an email where you can click the “Go to Stream” button for you to view the live streaming event/ show.
I did not receive the link for livestream event, what should I do?
Kindly email tickets@iwantTFC.com. A representative will get in touch with you to look into your request.
When I click on the streaming link, I'm seeing "An unknown error has occurred", what should I do?
Make sure that your internet connection is stable; refresh or reload your screen/page.
How many e-tickets can I buy for a livestream event?
For Livestream events / shows, buyer can purchase maximum of 5 e-ticket per transaction. If you need more e-tickets/ access, you need to do a separate transaction.

Do you have a cut-off time for online banking payments to be accepted? (Applicable for Philippines only)
Please make sure to complete your online banking payment within 1 hour after checkout. Otherwise, your ticket will be forfeited.
I paid via Online banking but I did not receive my e-tickets. What should I do? (Applicable for Philippines only)
For Online Banking payments, make sure to click the Step 2 of DragonPay’s email on how to VALIDATE your payment in order to receive your e-tickets from want TFC Tickets.
How do I pay using Online banking via Dragonpay? (Applicable for Philippines only)
Step 1: Upon checkout, select Online Payment in the payment options on the iPay88 page.
Step 2: Select whether you prefer to pay via DragonPay
Step 3: Select from the source of your preferred bank. You will see a dropdown list of all our partner banks.
Step 4: After selecting your preferred bank, you will be asked to provide your email address where payment instructions will be sent to.
Step 5: When online payment is completed, make sure to follow the instructions stated in Step 2 of DragonPay’s email on how to VALIDATE your payment.
Step 6: Once done with the validation step, you will receive an email confirmation from iWant TFC Tickets.
How do I pay using online banking via bancnet? (Applicable for Philippines only)
Step 1: Upon checkout, select Online Payment in the payment options on the iPay88 page.
Step 2: Under Online banking, select Bancnet and click "Proceed" button.
Step 3: Select from the source of your preferred bank. You will see a dropdown list of all our partner banks.
Step 4: Enter account number, member number, account type, and PIN.
Step 5. Once done, click "Pay" button.
Step 6: BancNet system will process your payment real-time.
Step 7: Once completed, confirmation details will be displayed.
Step 8: Click "Continue" button to return to iWantTFC Tickets website or wait for 10 seconds to be redirected automatically.
How do I pay using GCASH/Grabpay? (Applicable for Philippines only)
Step 1: Upon checkout, select e-wallet – Gcash logo in the payment options on the iPay88 page
Step 2: User will be prompted to enter 11 digit mobile number (eg. 0917xxxxxxx)
Step 3: Upon clicking the proceed button, user will receive a confirmation message from Globe regarding his/her transaction
Step 4: User will be prompted to key-in MPIN for GCASH/ Grab pay
Step 5: Once user replies with correct MPIN, a text message confirmation with amount, date, time, and reference number will be sent to his/her mobile number confirming of the transaction made.
Step 6: User will receive an email from ipay88 regarding the details of payment
What is the processing time for my payments?
Credit, debit card and GCASH payments will be processed in real-time.
Online banking payments via bank will be processed within minutes.
You will receive a confirmation email from iWantTFC Tickets and iPay88 once your payment has been successfully processed.
How do I know if my payment has been accepted?
For payments via GCash, Maya and GrabPay, you will receive an SMS confirmation that the amount has been deducted from your wallet. You will also receive an email confirmation from ipay88.
Once your payment has been received, your e-ticket will automatically be emailed to you.
For We Chat Pay and Shopeepay, a confirmation message will appear on your screen upon successful purchase.
For Credit Cards and Online Banking, you will receive an email from iPay88 as well.
Are there any additional charges for certain payment channels? (Applicable to PH Only)
Some payment channels for online banking may charge service fees on top of your iWantTFC Tickets payments. You will see a message upon payment regarding the additional amount you need to pay.
What happens if i don't pay within the deadline for online banking payments?
Your order will be automatically cancelled and your tickets will be forfeited. Please make sure to complete your payment within 1 hour from time of purchase for online banking payments. We will not be able to reserve your e-tickets again if you fail to pay within the deadline. If you encountered any problem, please contact email us through support@iwantTFCtickets.com immediately.
Will I be able to pay during weekends/holidays?
For Credit Cards, Online Banking and e-wallets, you may pay anytime 24/7.
My card/online banking transactions was declined/unsuccessful.
Please ensure your payment details were entered correctly. If you are still encountering problems, please contact your bank or card issuer.
If you are unable to pay by card or online banking, you can also pay through our other available payment options.
How do I get an official receipt?
Official receipt will be sent to your email 24-48 hours after purchase.
Who sets the e-ticket prices of events on iWantTFC Tickets?
E-Ticket prices are set by the event promoters, and iWantTFC Tickets has no control over e-ticket prices.
What is a handling fee?
Handling fees are charges required by certain merchants. Applicable handling fees will be reflected at the checkout page during purchase.
How do I get a refund?
iWantTFC Tickets standard policy is that we are unable to offer refunds for e-ticket purchases unless the event is cancelled.
This is outlined in our terms and conditions during purchase. Please ensure during your purchase that you are buying the correct number of e-tickets for the correct event.

Can I purchase e-tickets using a voucher/promo code?
Yes, you may purchase using promo code/voucher from a valid promotional offer.
How can I check my latest movie/content purchases?
You can check it on the confirmation email sent to you upon purchase or on the My Orders Tab, while logged in to your account on iWantTFC Tickets.
Is there a maximum limit in purchasing e-tickets?
There is no limit in purchasing e-tickets. However, please note that you can only purchase maximum of 5 order of e-tickets per transaction. If you need more e-tickets/ access, you need to do a separate transaction.
How do I watch the movie/content/livestream that I purchased on iWantTFC Tickets?
